Add the feta, cream cheese, thyme, honey, oil and pepper to a food processor and blitz until smooth. If too thick, add a couple of tbsp of water to loosen.
Heat a griddle pan to the highest setting. Drizzle the Tenderstem®broccoli with the olive oil and griddle for 8-10 minutes.
Toast the flaked almonds in a dry pan until they turn golden. Sprinkle over the Tenderstem® broccoli.
Serve the dip with the Tenderstem® broccoli and with bread or pitta.
