Easy Pork and Tenderstem® broccoli stir fry

A super quick and easy stir fry recipe to make a masterpiece of your mid-week meal. Using a simple mix of classic stir fry ingredients combined with gorgeous green spears of Tenderstem® broccoli, this recipe is guaranteed to tantalise tastebuds in under 20 minutes.

  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a pan and bring to the boil. Turn down the heat to a simmer then let reduce until you have a coating consistency.

  2. Meanwhile, heat a wok, add the sesame oil and fry the Tenderstem® for 1-2 minutes or until slightly softened but still with some bite. Remove from the wok and set aside.

  3. Add the pork tenderloin to the wok and fry for around 2 minutes until cooked through. Return the Tenderstem® broccoli to the wok, add the sauce and toss to completely coat the pork and Tenderstem® broccoli.

  4. Serve with egg noodles for the ultimate stir fry dish.
