Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Cut potatoes with rough edges for maximum crisp.

  3. Parboil for 10 mins, drain, shake to fluff.

  4. Heat fat in a tray until hot, add potatoes, and roast for 40 mins, turning halfway.

  5. Add Tenderstem® for the final 8 mins to soak up flavour.
