Broccoli is a staple for lots of our favourite Chinese dishes… and this is broccoli, but better. This dish is perfect for serving with your favourite oriental dishes to add some green goodness on the side.

Try with Frozen Tenderstem®

Method

  1. Boil or steam the Tenderstem® broccoli until tender.

  2. Gently fry the garlic and ginger in the groundnut oil until softened.

  3. Add the oyster and soy sauces and warm through.

  4. Add the cooked Tenderstem® broccoli and toss to coat in the sauce

  5. Serve garnished with the coriander.
