Bring a saucepan of water to the boil.
In a frying pan over a medium heat, fry the lemon slices with a drizzle of olive oil. Caramelise gently for 3-4 minutes each side. If they are charring too quickly, just turn down the heat slightly.
In the boiling water, blanche the Tenderstem® broccoli for 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain, then add the Tenderstem® broccoli to the lemon slices in the frying pan. Add the thyme leaves and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Garnish with black pepper and grated parmesan and serve.
