Method

  1. Whisk all ingredients into a smooth batter. Rest 30 mins.

  2. Heat oil in a muffin tin at 220°C until smoking.

  3. Pour in batter halfway and bake 20–25 mins till risen.

  4. Steam or roast Tenderstem® on the side for that roast-day pop.
